Custom-Carved Lettering at Markets

I do a lot of visiting local farmers markets in order to demonstrate stone carving. I also do some on-demand letter carving, mostly in locally-sourced Buckingham slate. Here are some images of a selection of these letter carving projects as well as some in-progress shots. The lettering is first painted on with a calligraphy brush and then carved out.
