Sarah Roosevelt Trees

Every day during my residency at the Sheen Center, I would walk by the north side of Sarah Roosevelt Park where it ends at Houston Street. This was painted on a hot, midsummer morning from the opposite side of Houston and in between view-obstructing obstructing busses. This view gives a glorious picture of the London Plane Trees that dot the city and provide welcome shade.
